(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) F&M trust is pleased to announce the following promotions:
Lance Bernecker was promoted to Credit Analyst II.
Bernecker joined F&M Trust in 2014 and has over 3 years of experience in commercial banking. As a Credit Analyst II, he is responsible for reviewing credit data to evaluate commercial loan requests for prospective and current F&M Trust commercial customers. Bernecker is a graduate of Marymount University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and he currently volunteers as a coach with the Chambersburg Youth Lacrosse Club.
Sean Zabrucky has been promoted to BSA/OFAC Analyst.
Zabrucky joined the bank in 2015 and was previously a Loan Servicing Specialist. In his new role, he will be responsible for analyzing and investigating customer transactions in compliance with the bank’s anti-money laundering and financial crimes programs. Zabrucky is a graduate of Penn State Mont Alto with an Associate’s Degree in Letters, Arts and Sciences. He has participated in the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event organized by Women in Need and various other bank sponsored activities.
