F&M Trust announces new hires, promotions - January 2026

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.
Mark Hollar, Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President. Hollar earned a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and an MBA from Frostburg University. He also served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Hollar joined F&M Trust in 1994 and he is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Chad Carroll, Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President. Carroll earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and history from Indiana University Bloomington and attended IESE Leadership College in Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining F&M Trust in 2023, Carroll was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of Consumer Banking at S&T Bank. He is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Meghan Heebner has been promoted to Vice President, Private Banking Manager. Heebner earned an associate’s degree from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and served as treasurer for the Chambersburg Exchange Club and board member for the Chambersburg Area Council for the Arts. Prior to her promotion as Private Banking Manager, Heebner was a Regional Market Manager and Wealth Advisor at F&M Trust. She is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Laura Potthoff, Assistant Vice President, has been promoted to Private Banker. Potthoff earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dickinson College and a master’s degree in strategic leadership from Messiah University. Prior to her promotion as Private Banker, Potthoff was a Business Development Officer for F&M Trust and Director of Business and Workforce Development for the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation. She is based out of the F&M Trust regional headquarters in Harrisburg.
Kathy Bloss, Commercial Services Portfolio Manager, has been promoted to Vice President. Bloss previously served as Credit Department Manager and Senior Credit Analyst since joining F&M Trust in 2004. Her experience also includes a senior vice president position at Vartan National Bank. Bloss is based out of the F&M Trust regional headquarters in Harrisburg.
Eric Follin, Asset Liability Investment Officer, has been promoted to Vice President. Follin earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Frostburg State University. He previously served as Commercial Loan Processing Manager since joining F&M Trust in 2010. His experience also includes a loan administrator role at Susquehanna Bank. Follin is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Dave Hinton has been hired as Community Office Manager for the Ritner Highway and Newville Community Offices. Hinton holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Mount St. Mary’s University. Prior to joining F&M Trust, Hinton was a Senior Business Account Executive for Comcast Business and a Relationship Manager for Members 1st Federal Credit Union. He is based out of the F&M Trust Ritner Highway Office in Carlisle.
Dave Zimmerman has been promoted to Chief Credit Officer. Zimmerman joined F&M Trust in 2008 and most recently served as Senior Commercial Services Relationship Manager. He is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Jeramy Culler has been promoted to Credit Department Manager. Culler joined F&M Trust in 2006 as a Commercial Credit Analyst and most recently served as Business Banking Manager. He is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Bill Pryor has been promoted to Credit Administration Manager. Prior to joining F&M Trust in 2009, he was Senior Vice President at The First National Bank of Mercersburg. In his new role, Pryor will oversee the Special Assets Officers, Credit Administration Support Specialists, and the bank’s External Loan Review. He is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Jenn Johnson has been promoted to Senior Learning and Development Officer. Johnson is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Nick Metz has been promoted to Learning and Development Business Partner. Metz is based out of the bank’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg
