Am I speaking with an F&M Trust representative when I call?
Yes, our U.S. based call center representatives are authorized to assist our customers to speak on our behalf and can do many of the same things your local F&M Trust representatives do. 

If I am locked out of my online banking account, can someone help me reset my password?
Yes, our representatives can help reset your password - even at 3 AM. 

I am on vacation and need to place a travel notification on my account, but can't get to the bank. Can you help?

I lost my Freedom Debit MasterCard® - do I need to wait until the bank is open to order a new one?
Nope! Call 717.264-6116 or toll-free at 888.264.6116 and we'll get you a new card and deactivate your old card for protection. You can also manage your card through our new SecurLOCK™ Equip app**, which allows you to turn it off immediately. Check out the app store if you are interested. 

I just moved and I need to update my accounts. Can I do that over the phone?
We can initiate your request over the phone, but you will need to visit a Community Office to complete your address change. If you have an online banking account, you can update your account information under the customer service menu. Don't forget to invite us to the housewarming party. 

If I need help on a holiday and can't reach the bank, what can I do?
There are many self-service features in online banking at fmtrustonline,com and on our mobile app.** If you find that you still need our assistance we will be happy to help on the next business day.
