Carol Lorence recently joined F&M Trust as a mortgage originator.  She will service the Carlisle, Camp Hill, Newville, and Shippensburg areas and operate out of the bank's Carlisle Crossing Office at 214 A Westminster Drive in Carlisle.

 Lorence joins F&M Trust with 18 years of financial services experience in mortgage lending.  She began her banking career at First United Mortgage Services before joining American Home Bank, where she most recently served as a mortgage loan officer.  Prior to her mortgage career, she was a real estate agent in the Carlisle area for 13 years. At F&M Trust, Lorence will be responsible for mortgage lending, business development, realtor relations, and serving customer’s financial needs with a variety of services not solely limited to loan and deposit products.

She is a member and past president of the Carlisle Kiwanis Club, where she currently serves as chairperson of the Community Service Committee and is actively involved with the Warm The Children program.  Lorence also serves on the board of directors of the Carlisle Area Family Life Center.  Through the bank’s affiliation, she is a member of the Harrisburg Builders Association.  A native of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, she and her husband have been part of the Carlisle community for over 35 years and have four very active grandchildren.
